Psyeq Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account details such as name, username, email, mobile number, password hash, and date of birth.
• Profile and delivery information, including an address and location coordinates when you choose to provide them.
• Learning activity, quiz answers, game scores, XP, coin balances, achievements, and course progress.
• Mood and mental check-up responses that you choose to submit.
• User content such as community posts, exercise submissions, profile images, and payment QR images used for withdrawals.
• Technical request information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Device permissions

Psyeq requests location only when you choose location-based or delivery features. Camera access is requested only for features that need the camera, such as the fingertip pulse focus exercise. You can deny or revoke these permissions in Android settings.

How we use information

• Authenticate accounts and keep sessions secure.
• Provide lessons, check-ups, games, rewards, community, delivery, and expert services.
• Calculate progress, XP, streaks, achievements, and account balances.
• Prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect users and the service.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid user requests.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers only where needed to operate Psyeq, including hosting and storage, MSG91 for email OTP delivery, Google for optional federated sign-in, OpenStreetMap map resources, and Baharse for supported marketplace fulfillment. These providers process the information needed for their service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention, deletion, and choices

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for security, fraud prevention, service operation, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data from the Android app under Profile → Privacy & Account, or through our public request page. We verify requests before processing them. Some records may be retained where legally required, and we will limit their use to that purpose.

Security and policy updates

We use access controls, encrypted network transport, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be updated.
